Learning is a life-long endeavor. Access Systems, Inc. recognizes that learning in a business environment has unique requirements and can take many forms. We can customize training to meet your specific needs or we offer a variety of periodic scheduled training classes. In addition, we offer informational webinars on timely topics for our clients.

Our Guarantee
We want to make sure everyone learns how to effectively use the information presented in our classes. A student may repeat a class for any reason, free of charge, on a space available basis, for up to six months after completing the original class. We make sure everyone has the opportunity to learn.

A test may be given at the end of some classes. A student must achieve a minimum score of 80% to receive a certificate of completion. Those students failing to achieve a minimum score must successfully retake the test in order to receive a certificate.

Customized Training
Each customized training session is tailored to the specific needs of the client and can be done in our own training facility or at your location.

Scheduled Classes
Periodic scheduled training classes are offered on selected subjects. Each class follows a predefined syllabus. The length of classes varies, depending on the subject. Scheduled Training Classes are priced per student, per class. Click here to see a list of current classes offered.

If a project requires classes that we don't currently offer, we will partner with other training resources to provide a total training solution.

Facilities
Training at our facility can accommodate up to 9 people and includes all necessary audio-visual equipment, computer equipment, and light refreshments. If classes conducted at the client's facility, responsibility for provisioning the classroom will be detailed in the agreement.

Our training room is available for rent if you have your own instructor and materials and simply need an outside training facility.

Registration and Cancellations
Registration and full payment must be received at least five working days prior to the class. Registration may be done by phone or from our web site. Confirmations will be sent only after the receipt of full payment.

Cancellations will be accepted up to five working days prior to class start date. A $100.00 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations made less than ten working days prior to the class start date. Student substitutions can be made at any time before the class starts. If a student does not attend class and does not give notice, the full fee will be charged.

Access Systems reserves the right to require a minimum number of paid attendees or cancel a class at any time. If the class is canceled, the student will be contacted to arrange for rescheduling or refund.

Breaks All classes at our training facility include refreshments such as a continental breakfast and afternoon snack. Each session includes an hour lunch break where applicable. Students are responsible for their own lunch arrangements.
